See It, Believe It, Live It
So the other day, I couldn’t fall asleep immediately after closing my eyes, so I decided to put on a podcast. I ended up listening to one of Raditya Dika’s talks with a guest about the Law of Attraction. The conversation turned out to be far more practical than I expected.
The main point was simple: whatever you focus on tends to shape your reality. If your thoughts are constantly negative, life will feel heavier. But if you train yourself to be grateful and positive, you naturally attract better people, opportunities, and experiences.
They also discussed how much energy matters. People can feel whether you show up with optimism or discouragement. Positive energy often draws support, while negative energy pushes people away.
The part that stuck with me most was about visualization, especially for relationships. Instead of just saying, “I want a good partner,” the guest suggested being as specific as possible. For example, imagine yourself with someone who is kind, patient, and supportive, who makes you laugh after a long day, and who sends you simple messages like “Have you eaten?” or “Good luck with your class today.” Picture how you would spend weekends together — maybe cooking at home, taking evening walks, or even motivating each other to chase personal goals. The clearer the vision, the more your brain starts to believe it’s possible, and the more naturally you align your actions to attract that kind of relationship.
The same applies to other goals. If you want to succeed in school or work, imagine yourself sitting in the exam hall writing confidently, or standing in front of colleagues giving a presentation with calm energy. If you dream of traveling, try to see yourself in that place — walking under cherry blossoms in Tokyo, drinking coffee at a small Paris café, or exploring Ethiopia’s highlands while hearing stories from locals. By holding these images in your mind, you’re not only daydreaming, but also building a mindset that pushes you closer to making them real.
In the end, Tresnany Moonlight also emphasized patience: not everything comes instantly, and sometimes rejection is part of the process. The key is to stay open, keep trying, and trust that opportunities will arrive when the timing is right.
Nothing much happened today, so I’ll just share this recommended talk as one of my reflections and…
see you here for a minute every day!
